When it goes wrong

The deal went wrong. What can I actually do?

First, be clear about what eno is. eno.vn is a place where buyers and sellers find each other. It is not a party to your deal, it takes no commission, and it holds no escrow. It cannot reverse a payment or force a refund. What it can do is act on the account and keep a record. Do this in order. • Keep everything in the eno chat. Do not move to another app to argue. The conversation is your evidence. • Message the seller once, calmly and specifically: what is wrong, what you want, by when. Many problems end here. • Report it if that fails. The reporting guide in this community has the exact steps. • Work the case room your report opens. Add the chat screenshots, the transfer receipt, and photos of the item as it arrived, inside the 72 hour window. Evidence beats adjectives. The seller answers in the same room and never sees your name. • If money is gone, act outside eno as well. Call your bank the same day and ask about the receiving account. Take your receipts and the chat to the ward police station covering the place you met. Only an admin confirmation changes a seller's trust score. So a report with real evidence still protects the next buyer, even when your own money cannot be recovered.

This community runs alongside eno.vn, a trusted marketplace for people living in Vietnam — housing, motorbikes, furniture, jobs and services, with a public trust score on every seller.
