How to handle lowball offers without losing the buyer
A low offer is not an insult. It is usually someone testing whether you will move. • Do not argue. Counter. Offers on eno go both ways — you can send your own offer back with a number, and the buyer accepts or declines it. • Counter once, close to where you actually want to land. Long haggling ladders waste everyone's evening. • Give a reason with your number: "9.000.000 đ, it's under a year old, with the box and receipt." A reason makes a price feel decided, not random. • If the offer is far below anything reasonable, one line is enough: "Thanks, that's too far below what I can do. My price is 9.000.000 đ." Then leave it. People often come back. • Only the person who received an offer can accept or decline it, and only while it is still pending. An offer that was already accepted or declined cannot be actioned again — send a new one instead. • If you genuinely will not move, set a fixed price. The offer button disappears and offers are blocked. • An accepted offer counts as a completed deal, and that is what lets the buyer review you afterwards.
