How do offers work on eno.vn?

An offer is a message with a price attached. The other side sees it as a card with Accept and Decline. To send one, open the listing and use the offer button. You can send an offer as your very first contact, or later inside a chat you already have. Things to know: • Most listings are negotiable by default. If the seller set a fixed price, the offer button is hidden and offers are refused. • Offers work both ways. A seller can counter with their own price, and then it is your turn to accept or decline. • Only the person who received an offer can act on it. Once an offer has been accepted, declined or replaced, its buttons stop working. • An accepted offer counts as a completed deal. It lets the buyer leave a review, and it counts towards the seller's track record. • Listings marked Bán gấp, meaning urgent, always allow offers. Offer a real number. Repeatedly pushing offers at a seller who set a fixed price costs you trust points.
