How to report a listing or a user, and what happens next
Reporting is the main way bad listings get removed. Here is exactly what happens. What you can report • A listing • A seller • A conversation, from inside the chat Reasons: scam, counterfeit or fake goods, already sold or unavailable, wrong info, duplicate listing, offensive or harassment, other. Inside a chat the choices are only scam, offensive, or other. How to send one • Tap Report on the listing, the seller profile, or the conversation. • Pick a reason and add detail, up to 1000 characters. Write what happened, with dates and amounts. Detail is what makes a report actionable. • You must be signed in, so reports are attributable. You cannot report yourself. What happens next • Every report opens a case room under eno.vn/disputes. Both sides have 72 hours to add statements and images. • The reported person never learns who reported them. • A report only changes a trust score after an admin confirms it. An unconfirmed report changes nothing. • eno commits to acknowledging every report within 3 working days. Do not report someone out of anger. A report confirmed as false costs the reporter 10 trust points and halves the weight of their future reports. After one false report there is a cooldown, after two your reports are handled last, after three you cannot report at all.
