Why is my listing not visible after I posted it?

There is no waiting queue on eno.vn. A listing that is accepted goes live immediately. So if you cannot see it, one of two things happened. It was refused when you tapped Publish. You would have seen a message on screen. The usual reasons: • Fewer than 3 photos, or 3 photos that are really the same shot. Shoot the item from different angles. • A phone number, email, link or social handle inside the title or description. Remove it. • A word from the prohibited goods list. See eno.vn/prohibited. • You already have a live listing for the same item. Edit that one instead of posting again. • Your account is new, under 30 days and under 3 deals, and already has 8 active listings. • Your trust score is in the restricted band, which usually follows confirmed reports. Or it went live and was then hidden. Two automatic checks run right after publishing: one looks for illegal content, one checks whether your photos already appeared in an earlier listing by someone else. Either can hide the post and flag it for an admin. You get a notification, and an admin can put it back.

This community runs alongside eno.vn, a trusted marketplace for people living in Vietnam — housing, motorbikes, furniture, jobs and services, with a public trust score on every seller.
