Reply fast: why the first hour decides the sale
Most buyers message three or four sellers at once. The one who answers first usually gets the deal. • Turn on notifications. The bell in the header checks for new activity about every 45 seconds, and if you allow browser notifications you also get a push when someone messages you. • A buyer cannot see your phone or Zalo until you reply at least once in that thread. If you stay silent, they have no way to reach you at all. • Answer with something useful, not just "yes". "Still available, I'm in District 7, free after 6pm today" ends three rounds of messages. • Busy? Answer anyway: "Busy until tonight, I'll send more photos at 8pm." A late honest reply beats silence. • Keep everything in the thread. Chat on eno is one-to-one per listing, and it is the record you have if something goes wrong later. • Use the "Still available?" confirm on your listings now and then. A confirmed listing looks fresh again in the feed, and keeping listings current also feeds your trust score. • When the deal is done, mark the listing sold. That is what lets the buyer leave a review — and reviews are what make the next buyer trust you.
