What the trust labels mean, and what they do not promise

Every seller on eno has one trust score. It is recomputed once a day from real records, and it cannot be bought. Full explainer: eno.vn/trust What the labels mean • Caution, red — score under 60, or an open scam hold. Handle with care. • Building, slate — a normal account. Every new account starts at 60. • Trusted, blue — 85 or more, at least 3 completed deals in the last year, enough account age or reviews from different buyers, and a clean record for 90 days. There are higher labels above Trusted, but in practice almost nobody reaches them yet. Do not expect one. What moves the score • Verified phone, business verification, account age • Reviews from buyers who actually transacted • Completed deals: a sold listing, or an accepted offer • Reports against the seller, but only after an admin confirms them The score can rise at most 6 points per 24 hours. It can fall with no limit. A confirmed scam does not fade at all until the seller completes 5 clean deals after it, and part of it stays permanently. A label is not a guarantee. It describes past behaviour, not your deal. eno.vn is not a party to your transaction and holds no money. Still meet in person, inspect the item, and pay only when you are holding it.
