Where do I see a seller's reply after I message them?

Every reply lands in Messages. Replies are not emailed to you. To find a reply: • Tap Messages in the bottom navigation. Each conversation is one listing. • Or tap the bell at the top right. New conversations, offers and price drops appear there. The unread badge refreshes about every 45 seconds, and again whenever you come back to the tab, so give it a moment. If you allowed browser notifications, a new conversation is also pushed to your device. Once the seller has replied, their phone or Zalo becomes visible inside that conversation. If you get no reply at all: • Sellers here are individuals, not a shop with a support desk. A day of silence is normal. • Check whether the listing is still active. An old listing may already be gone. • If the item was sold and the seller never updated it, you can report the listing with the reason Already sold.
