Why a listing gets blocked, and how to fix it in a minute

Nothing sits in a review queue when you publish. Either the listing goes live immediately, or you get an error you can fix right away. The common ones: • Contact details in the text. A phone number, email, link, @handle or Zalo ID in the title or description, including disguised versions. Remove it and publish again. Buyers get your number in chat after you reply. • Fewer than 3 photos from 3 different angles. The same photo uploaded three times counts as one. • Banned items. Weapons, drugs, vapes, protected wildlife, fake documents and similar, in Vietnamese or English, with or without accents. • Duplicate. You already have a live listing for this item. Edit that one instead of posting a second copy. • New-account limits. In your first 30 days, before 3 completed deals, you can keep 8 active listings and start 15 new conversations a day. • Two urgent (Bán gấp) listings at a time. • A restricted account cannot post until its trust score recovers. After it is live, a listing can still be hidden automatically if its photos match another seller's earlier listing, or if automated checks flag illegal content. An admin can reverse that — write to [email protected]. Editing runs the same checks, so publishing clean and then editing dirty does not work.
